VAF Air Fans
Double Protection:
The double wall construction protects the inner casing from being dented giving extended product lifetime. Dented or damaged casings are a common cause of failure with traditional metal fans.
Less Downtime:
The polythene casing is resistant to the normal knocks and bangs of everyday use that can stop a sheet metal fan. Metal fans often dent which can obstruct the fan blade. The VAF Air units easily withstand blows without denting, giving less downtime and greater productivity.
Greater Value:
The casing are corrosion free and unlike metal fans will not rust when they are dented, chipped or scratched. They simply last longer and offer greater value for money.
Stackable:
Constructed with interlocking ribs for stacking vertically. Great for storage as they need a minimal footprint.

Concrete cutting – Remove the dust to see what you are doing when cutting bricks and concrete with diamond saws.

Portable
Manufactured in 3 and 4.5 meter lengths and weighing only 73 Kg, they can be carried into position and set-up in minutes. A composite core sandwiched between stainless steel plates means they are structurally strong while light and durable. The units stack and lock for easy transport and no special transport is required.
Versatile
Up a flight of stairs and turn 90 degrees, no problem. Run on a 40 degree slope in to a hopper or 100 meters across across a rooftop. In all these applications Miniveyor™ was the solution to difficult excavation or conveying problems. Miniveyor™ have been mounted on mobile equipment and made permanent conveyors in batch plants. The Miniveyor™ portable conveyor system has been used on many natural disasters, such as tsunami, hurricane and
earthquakes for post disaster debris removal and crime scene investigations worldwide.
Modular
Modular construction lends itself to customer designed installation. Miniveyor™ units can be locked together using a clamp kit and 3 modules can provide a 8 meter unsupported span. There are hoppers for hand loading and machine loading. For larger tonnage, run the units in tandem with a double wide hopper. If it’s large volume you’re looking for why not consider hydraulic power and move up to 60 tons per hour.
Safe
Miniveyor™ are often used in rental applications where operators are not familiar with conveyors, so every part of the system has been designed with safety in mind. The control box circuit is 24V AC and has a monitored loop safety system to prevent electrical problems. The drive units are contained within the frame offering NO pinch or nip points and the belt edges are protected under guard.
